    • Cabinet Selection: Use distribution cabinets complying with IEC 60297-100 standard, with reserved sufficient width (≥ 106 mm) and height (≥ 305 mm) space.
    • Fixing Method: It is recommended to fix the base with 4 M16 bolts to prevent the module from loosening in vibrating environments.
    • Busbar Connection: After rear-mounting the busbar, fasten the busbar to the back of the module with special buckles or bolts to maintain good conductive contact.
    • Wiring: Complete the connection between busbar and terminal block first, then conduct on-site conductor wiring; use insulating sleeves complying with IEC 60204-1.
    • Protection: For humid or dusty environments, it is recommended to install protective covers or upgrade the protection class to IP54.
    • Commissioning: Check the tightness of all bolts and terminals before power-on; use an insulation resistance tester to detect insulation status; conduct short-time withstand test for verification after completion.

    6. Maintenance Recommendations

    • Regular Inspection: Check bolt tightness, terminal block oxidation and busbar connection status every 6 months.
    • Cleaning: Remove dust with a dry soft cloth; avoid using conductive cleaning agents.
    • Replacement: Immediately replace components of the same specification if obvious wear or corrosion is found on terminal blocks or busbars.
    • Record-keeping: Record the maintenance process in the power distribution system maintenance log for easy tracing and auditing.
