6. Installation & Maintenance Essentials
On-site Preparation
- Ensure the temperature of the installation location is within the range of –25 °C - +55 °C.
- Check the bearing capacity of walls or frames to meet the requirements of bolted or welded fixation.
Fixing Methods
- Wall-mounted: Fix the base to walls or brackets with 4 × M16 bolts.
- Frame-mounted: Directly weld or bolt to the distribution cabinet frame.
- Base-fixed: Reserve a gap of over 20 mm at the cabinet bottom for heat dissipation.
Electrical Connection
- Arrange busbars according to Rear Busbar or Top Busbar scheme to ensure alignment between busbar terminals and adjacent modules.
- Connect phase lines, neutral lines and protective grounding via standard screw terminals, with torque referring to IEC 61439 standard.
Inspection & Commissioning
- After wiring, use an insulation resistance tester to check insulation level (≥ 1 MΩ).
- Conduct short-circuit current pre-test before power-on to confirm that circuit breakers or protective devices operate in accordance with set values.
Daily Maintenance
- Inspect bolt tightness and terminal corrosion every 12 months.
- Clean the enclosure protective net to maintain IP54 protection performance.
- Cut off and lock the power supply before replacing internal modules, and perform plug-in and pull-out operations only when safety is ensured.
