Installation Notes

• Grounding Requirements: Ensure reliable grounding of the chassis, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω to ensure safety and reduce electromagnetic interference.
• Heat Dissipation Requirements: Leave sufficient ventilation space during installation, or install heat dissipation fans or water cooling systems according to load conditions.
• Power Supply Requirements: Please confirm the on-site voltage fluctuation range; the ATV61HD22N4 supports a voltage fluctuation range of ±10%.
• Wiring: Power lines must use shielded cables, and the shield layer must be grounded to avoid electromagnetic interference.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Status Indicators: Observe the status of the indicator lights on the front panel; for example, a steady RED LED may indicate abnormal drive voltage.
• Parameter Reset: After an on-site fault, it is recommended to power off first and perform a parameter reset (Factory Reset) to eliminate possible parameter conflicts.
• Regular Inspection: Regularly check the connection of power lines to ensure there is no looseness or oxidation; check whether the fan is running normally to prevent overheating.
