4. Structure and Composition
- Motor Contact System: Includes main contacts and auxiliary contacts, responsible for cutting off or connecting high-power circuits.
- Coil: Located at the bottom or side of the contactor (depending on the design), it generates a magnetic field to drive contact action when energized.
- Spring Mechanism: Used to quickly reset the contacts when the coil is de-energized.

6. Installation and Maintenance Guide
Installation Notes
- Wiring Specifications: Ensure all wirings are fastened to prevent loosening due to vibration. The motor side wires should adopt a Y-shaped wiring method (i.e., connect L1/L2/L3 on the left side of the contactor and U1/U2/U3 on the right side).
- Polarity Check: The three-phase power supply must strictly correspond to the phase sequence to avoid motor reversal caused by incorrect phase sequence.
- Environmental Requirements: It should be installed in a dry and well-ventilated distribution box, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight or high-temperature environments.
Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Check the contact wear once a month, especially the contact surface of the main contacts, to prevent adhesion.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the surface of the contactor free of dust and oil to prevent short circuits caused by conductive oil stains.
- Spring Reset: Check whether the spring resets normally to prevent the contacts from failing to return after de-energization.
