Installation

- DIN Rail: Use the attached fixing bracket to install the device on the DIN rail, ensuring it is firmly fixed.
Programming
- Create a ladder logic program using the PC-based Zelio Soft software.
- Download the program to the relay via the USB interface.
- After successful program download, the device will automatically run the program.
Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Regularly check if the wiring terminals are loose, especially the wear of the relay contacts.
- Moisture and Dust Protection: Although the protection level is IP20, it is recommended to install a protective cover when used in a humid environment.
- Program Backup: Before replacing the device or upgrading the firmware, be sure to back up the current control program using the software.
