Installation

1. Fix the module in the reserved 5.25-inch slot of the chassis or control cabinet using screws or buckles.
2. Connect the USB 2.0 cable to the USB interface of the host or controller, and ensure the power cable (24 V) is connected to the power terminal.
3. Check if the protective cover is intact to maintain the IP32 rating.

Usage

1. Insert the floppy disk into the tray and push it gently to the locked position; the system will recognize it as a USB storage device.
2. After file copying, firmware flashing, or data backup, eject the floppy disk first before pulling out the tray.

Maintenance

1. Regularly check the contact condition of USB interfaces and power terminals to prevent unstable communication caused by oxidation.
2. Clean the housing and tray to avoid dust entering the floppy disk positioning mechanism.
3. If floppy disk reading errors occur, first replace the floppy disk or check if the tray is properly positioned.
