    Installation Steps

    4. Use the terminal block to connect the on – site sensor and actuator cables to the corresponding I/O channels.
    5. Perform channel mapping and parameter configuration in the control software.

     

    Daily Maintenance

     

    1. Regularly check the tightness of the terminal block to prevent signal failure caused by looseness.
    2. Clean the dust on the surface of the chassis to maintain the ventilation of the heat sink.
    3. Monitor the status of the indicator lights and promptly troubleshoot power or communication faults when abnormal lights appear.
    4. If module replacement is required, first cut off the power, pull out the old module in reverse order, replace it with a new one, and then reset it.
