The Xycom XVME-401 is a VMEbus (VME 64x) module from Xycom, part of the XVME product series. Installation and Maintenance Guidelines
Installation
- Insert the XVME-401 into a VME 64x-compliant slot and ensure the slot latch is securely locked.

Power Check
Verify that the VME backplane power supply is normal before powering on to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage.
Hot-Swapping

- Check the status of interface LED indicators, whether the heat sink is dusty, and if the slot connection is secure.
