Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

1. Pre-Installation Inspection

2. Alignment & Fixation
    

   Use a level to ensure the base is horizontal; tighten bolts according to the torque values specified in the technical manual.

3. Electrical Wiring
    

   Comply with IEC 60204-1 standard and ensure the power supply is disconnected before wiring.

4. Lubrication Maintenance
    

   Check and replenish the lubricant level within 500 hours of initial operation; replace the lubricant every 2000 hours thereafter.

5. Temperature Monitoring
    

   Monitor the temperature of the motor and drive unit during operation; inspect the cooling system if the temperature exceeds the rated limit.

6. Troubleshooting
    

   Built-in self-test functions and fieldbus alarm messages enable quick identification of issues such as bearing wear and abnormal gear meshing.
