Installation and Maintenance
Installation
Install via flange or screw terminal block, which can be directly inserted into the VM600 rack. Wall-mounted or bracket-type on-site installation is also available. Ensure the card slot and cable routing meet the requirements of the protection class.
Wiring
Connect the sensor signal wires to the corresponding dynamic or speed channels according to the wiring diagram, and use screw terminals to ensure firm connection.
Commissioning
After power-on, configure the channels (sensitivity, filtering, etc.) through the upper computer software, and perform a self-test to confirm all channels are normal.
Daily Maintenance
Regularly check the tightness of the terminal block, clean dust, and confirm the protection cover is intact. Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the housing. Calibrate the sensor when necessary to maintain measurement accuracy.
Troubleshooting
If signal abnormalities occur, first check the wiring, power supply, and terminal contact. If the problem persists, refer to the fault diagnosis manual for module replacement or factory repair.
