Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

Installation Requirements

• Mounting Location: Keep away from strong magnetic fields (transformers, permanent magnets) and high-temperature heat sources during installation.
• Wiring Terminal Rules:

  Fastening Torque: Control the locking torque of terminal screws within the factory-specified range.

  • Adopt wires with cross-sectional area ≥10mm² to avoid abnormal heating
  • Do not apply grease or foreign substances on terminal surfaces
  • Install gaskets to prevent terminal loosening
• Mechanical Support: Equip matched insulating support insulators near wiring terminals to avoid excessive stress on wire outlets.
• Mechanical Stress Prevention: Avoid external mechanical stress acting on contact-matched wiring terminals.

Maintenance Precautions

• Electrical Life Management: Standard electrical life tests are conducted under resistive load conditions. For inductive load circuits (LR≥1ms), surge absorption devices must be equipped to prevent shortened service life and faulty circuit breaking.
• Capacitive Load Protection: Pre-charging measures are mandatory for capacitive load circuits. The closing voltage of the contactor shall be controlled within 20V to avoid contact adhesion failure.
• Back EMF Suppression: It is recommended to install non-linear resistors (preferred varistor parameters: maximum energy tolerance 1J, rated voltage 1.5-2 times of circuit working voltage) to restrain back electromotive force.
• Impact Resistance: Avoid collision, dropping and mechanical impact during transportation and on-site operation. Damaged contactors after impact are forbidden for reuse.
• Wiring Polarity: The contacts have fixed polarity. Complete wiring strictly in accordance with official wiring diagrams.
