Maintenance Precautions
- Electrical Life Management: Standard electrical life tests are conducted under resistive load conditions. For inductive load circuits (LR≥1ms), surge absorption devices must be equipped to prevent shortened service life and faulty circuit breaking.
- Capacitive Load Protection: Pre-charging measures are mandatory for capacitive load circuits. The closing voltage of the contactor shall be controlled within 20V to avoid contact adhesion failure.
- Back EMF Suppression: It is recommended to install non-linear resistors (preferred varistor parameters: maximum energy tolerance 1J, rated voltage 1.5-2 times of circuit working voltage) to restrain back electromotive force.
- Impact Resistance: Avoid collision, dropping and mechanical impact during transportation and on-site operation. Damaged contactors after impact are forbidden for reuse.
- Wiring Polarity: The contacts have fixed polarity. Complete wiring strictly in accordance with official wiring diagrams.
