6. Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

Positioning & Alignment
- The input shaft and motor shaft are connected via a key, ensuring coaxiality error ≤ 0.02 mm.
- Align the output shaft with the load shaft using keys or flanges.
Lubrication
- Use the manufacturer-recommended lubricating oil (ISO VG 46 ~ 68), filling up to the upper limit of the oil level window.
- Regularly inspect oil quality; replacement is recommended every 500 hours or as per operating conditions.
Fastening
- Tighten all flange bolts to a torque of 30 ~ 50 Nm (specific values depend on bolt specifications) to prevent loosening.
Operation Monitoring
- Run the unit at low speed for 1 minute before formal operation to check for abnormal noise or vibration.
- Monitor operating temperature during normal use; if it exceeds the rated upper limit of 80 °C, inspect the load and lubrication status.
Regular Maintenance
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection every 2000 hours (or annually), including bearing wear, gear meshing clearance, and seal condition.
- Promptly replace damaged components or send the unit for repair if abnormal wear or oil leakage is detected.
