Installation and Maintenance Guidelines
Rack Installation
- Install in a standard 19-inch rack, ensuring adequate ventilation at the front and rear. It is recommended to reserve at least 100 mm of space at the rear for heat dissipation.
Power Wiring
- Use a 10A plug complying with IEC C14 standards for the input terminal. Select 6-20R or L6-20 sockets for the output terminal based on load requirements.
Battery Compartment Assembly
- Before assembling or replacing the battery compartment, disable the REPO port to ensure the UPS is in safe mode, then perform hot-swapping.
Communication Configuration
- Connect to the monitoring system via RS-232, USB, or network interface, complete SNMP/Modbus parameter settings, and achieve remote status monitoring.
Regular Inspections
- Inspect battery capacity, terminal connections, and cooling fan operation every 6 months. Perform battery equalization or replacement when necessary.
Troubleshooting
- When an alarm occurs, first check the fault code displayed on the LCD. Use the remote power-off function of the REPO port for safe isolation, then replace or repair the corresponding components in accordance with the user manual.
