Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

On-site Wiring

Chassis Fixing

• Secure the drive to a sturdy bracket or cabinet using bolts. Maintain sufficient heat dissipation space around the chassis (at least 30 mm recommended).

Grounding

• Ensure reliable grounding to prevent electromagnetic interference and safety hazards.

Parameter Setting

• Input basic motor parameters such as rated power, rated current, and speed range through the local LCD/LED interface or upper-level software.
• For vector control, provide the motor’s rotor resistance/inductance data.

Commissioning

• First run at low speed and low load, check if current, temperature, noise, etc., are within normal ranges.
