Installation

4. Perform the first power-on self-test through the diagnostic interface to confirm that all redundant components work normally.

Maintenance

1. Regularly check the connection status of power supplies and communication interfaces to prevent loosening or corrosion.
2. Use built-in diagnostic functions or external monitoring systems for fault early warning, and replace faulty cards in a timely manner (hot-swap supported, no shutdown required).
3. Conduct cleaning and dust-proof treatment according to on-site environment (temperature, humidity) to keep the heat dissipation channel unobstructed.
4. If firmware upgrade or communication protocol card replacement is needed, follow the safe process: “Back up configuration first → Power off → Replace cards → Power on → Restore configuration”.
