The ProSoft ILX34-MBS485 (also designated as ILX34-MBS36) is a serial gateway module built on the EtherNet/IP communication protocol. It is engineered to enable seamless integration between EtherNet/IP systems—such as the CompactLogix L1 processor or 1734 Point I/O system—and Modbus RS485 devices.
