6. Installation and Maintenance

Installation Steps

1. Turn off the power and unplug the power cable.
2. Remove the screws on the top of the chassis and take off the front panel.
3. Insert ISA/PCI expansion cards as needed and ensure the slots are locked tightly.
4. Reinstall the front panel and fasten the screws.
5. Connect the power cable and perform power-on testing.

Maintenance Points

1. Regularly check if the cooling fans and air vents are blocked.
2. Clean interfaces and slots to prevent poor contact caused by dust.
3. In case of failure, first check the connection of power and signal cables; replace the power module or expansion card if necessary.
4. During the warranty period (90 days to 1 year), contact the supplier for free repair or replacement.
