Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

Installation

1. Use shockproof brackets to fix on the cabinet or panel, ensuring the housing and equipment base are flat.
2. After connecting the power cable (24 V DC), perform power-on self-test first to confirm normal display and touch functions.
3. Insert corresponding expansion modules as needed, and use snap-on interfaces to ensure firmness.

Wiring

1. Use shielded cables for RS-485/Ethernet connection to avoid electromagnetic interference.
2. All external interfaces should be properly waterproof and dustproof treated to maintain IP65 rating.

Debugging

1. Check the status of each I/O channel through the built-in system diagnostic tool.
2. Use the HMI development software provided by XYCOM to customize the interface, and save it locally or to the network after completion.

Daily Maintenance

1. Regularly inspect the housing sealing rubber strip to prevent dust or liquid infiltration.
