Installation Steps

4. Power on the system again, and it will automatically recognize the newly inserted I/O modules.

Hot-Swapping Notes

• Before replacing a PC/104 sub-module during system operation, disable the corresponding I/O channel at the software level to avoid data conflicts.
• Reload the driver or rescan the VMEbus after replacement.

• Regularly inspect the metal contact surfaces of the slots, remove dust or oxide layers to ensure reliable contact.
