- Routine Maintenance: Inspect contact wear, spring reset force, and terminal tightness every 6 ~ 12 months. Verify the functionality of indicator lights and signal output. Replace contact assemblies or the entire unit if necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Use the Eaton monitoring system to obtain circuit breaker status logs, and combine on-site current waveform analysis to quickly locate faults such as overload, short circuit, or mechanical jamming.
