- Use the sealing gaskets recommended by the original factory. Tighten bolts in an even, cross torque sequence.
Inspection Cycle
- Regularly check the filtration pressure drop. Replace when the pressure drop exceeds 20% of the rated value.
- For high-contamination environments, replacement is recommended every 3,000 – 5,000 hours. For clean systems, the interval can be extended to 10,000 hours.
Replacement
- Always shut down the system and drain residual oil before replacement to prevent oil splashing.
- Flush the system after replacement to ensure no foreign matter remains.
