- Wiring Requirements: Follow the wiring diagram provided by GE, and use dedicated terminal blocks to connect 115 VAC or 125 V DC input. All AC inputs must be converted to 125 V DC via an external rectifier.
- Power Filtering: The input power must be filtered before being supplied to the module to prevent noise from affecting the excitation control system.
- Indicator Light Check: After power-on, confirm that each green LED is on normally. If any light is off or flickering abnormally, check the corresponding fuse or switch.
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct a visual inspection every 12 months to ensure no terminal corrosion and no loose fasteners. Replace aging fuses if necessary.
- Troubleshooting: If an output channel fails, first check the corresponding fuse and switch. If the issue persists, use an oscilloscope to verify that the input voltage meets the specifications.
